Finishing Machines Hot & Cold Laminating Machines Neschen’s new HotLam series covers all of your laminating needs including encapsulation with two heated rollers, cold lamination and mounting of images onto various substrates. The HotLam TH is a laminating machine with a heated top roller. This machine allows for the laminating of cold laminating films with a top roller temperature of approx. 30°C. This allows for better adhesion on slightly rough surfaces and increases the overall adhesive quality. Neschen’s hot and cold-laminating machines offer a reliable technology, exemplary ease of operation and a variety of application possibilities. Features include infinitely variable speed and temperature controls, auto-grip material axles and an ergonomically designed control panel. The HotLam machines are available in the widths 1100 mm, 1600 mm and 2000 mm. All machines meet the CE safety requirements. Antistatic brushes / Antistatic Cloths Antistatic brushes are sensible accessories for hot and cold laminating machines. They provide a static discharge and are available for all hot and cold laminating machines. Antistatic cloths are available for static discharge and cleaning of the absorption plates. These cloths can be washed and are available in sales units of 12 pieces.
