Fixing rear mounts to passe-partouts
filmoplast® SH offers an ideal means of
fixing passe-partouts to rear mounts.
When dealing with vertical pictures, it is advisable to apply the hinge to the
lefthand side so that the passe-partout
and rear mount open like a book. |

In case of horizontal pictures, filmoplast® SH should be applied to the top-side. This results in the best adhesion of the hinge. Always smooth the strip of filmoplast® SH well down with the aid of a burnishing bone.
