Our experience in protecting archival documents
and books and in protecting and enhancing photos
has been the basis for the wide range of products we have compiled for picture framers - from fixing to mounting, and from protecting to framing. When
valuable
graphics, etchings and other originals are
to be fixed onto a passe-partout, a system of
adhesion must be used which will not be harmful to
the picture in question. And there must be a long-
term guarantee. We can give you this security
because we have been involved with the problem
for a very long time and our products have proved
their worth in practice over this period.
Our archive adhesive tapes, filmoplast® P and filmoplast® P 90, utilise paper - a natural raw
material - and adhesives which have a neutral pH
value and are buffered with calcium carbonate.
The adhesives are non-ageing and do not turn
yellow; they neither dry out nor bleed through.
If necessary, they can be removed from solid
surfaces with water.
