	Terms & Conditions Terms of Trading All goods and services sold by Neschen UK Ltd are subject to the following conditions. 1 - We accept no liability for consequential damages of any description in regard to any goods sold by us. 2 - All prices quoted are subject to revision without notice and orders are only accepted on the understanding that they will be executed at prices current at time of despatch. 3 - All prices to be understood ex-works, excluding VAT. The carriage or postage will be charged on all orders unless otherwise agreed. 4 - All claims for short deliveries, incorrect deliveries or damage caused in transit must be made immediately. 5 - Accounts must be settled within agreed terms. 6 - All goods remain the property of Neschen UK Ltd until payment has been received in full. 7 - All online orders are processed Mon-Fri 9am-3pm for next working day delivery.
